THIS CLASS IS OCTOBER 5TH, 2019 AT 11AM EST
This course will run approximately 2-3 hours depending on the level of experience of each student.
Each student must have the following to attend this course: A modern handgun of good quality in any caliber (we strongly recommend using the firearm you plan to carry on a daily basis). A good quality holster; either inside (preferred) or open carry, preferably with retention, and a spare magazine (equivalent for a revolver). Up to 200 rounds of newly manufactured ammunition. An open mind and willingness to grow as a shooter.
This course is designed to build on our Intro to Defensive Carry Course. The course will begin in the classroom with a review of handgun safety, as well as sight alignment, stance, and trigger press.
The remainder of the course will be live fire practicals in the range focusing on effectively placing rounds on-target in an expediant manner. Also covered will be combat mag changes, holster and mag pouch considerations. In addition to single rounds on target students will be instructed on how to effectively place multiple hits on target.
