Brad was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of helping us buy our first semi-auto handgun. He made sure that we had a gun that we were comfortable with and that met our needs. As part of this process he wanted us to fire a couple of different handguns and we went to the gun range to do that. On the gun range, Jerry was extremely helpful and patient while teaching us and helping us to test fire these handguns for the first time. Everyone there was very helpful and made it an overall outstanding experience for us and we will be back to practice on the gun range soon.

I was there Friday 1/21/22 found a gun i was buying the sale girl in the middle of sale left and the girls behind the counter was very rude so I had a mag I was looking for and the guy found it so I told him before I knew the price to order me 2 after he came and told me the price I said order me another he also was rude about it so so when I get my order picked up I will not shop at top gun again the people are so unprofessional there

I have been to your store three times. 1st time, I had a sling mount put on an AR and your tech put a nasty scratch on my gun after the screw driver he was using slipped when he hit it with a hammer. I am not an AR armorer, but i'm sure there is a better way than a hammer and standard screw driver. 2nd time, I brought in a second gen mini 14 that would not feed. your shop had my gun for 2 weeks and i received no phone call. after the second week i called your shop and i was told my gun had been ready for a week. When i picked up my rifle i was charges $20.00 and told it still did not feed right but "it was just the nature of the firearm" and to use only Federal brass ammo in it. I took it to a local gunsmith and he made some adjustments in 20 minutes and now it will cycle anything i put in it. 3rd visit. I stood in line patiently for over 15 minutes waiting my time. As it was my turn i approached the counter. t]There were 2 females that looked right at me and turned away to go play with an all white dog that another customer had brought in as it was playing with the shop germen shepherd. I guess taking pics and making baby sounds to the dogs are more important than a customer who has been waiting in line. I walked out and i will NEVER return to your store. Not to mention your prices on firearms are OUTRAGOUS!!!! One lonesome person never to return will not make you broke, but trust me, word of mouth can be extremely damaging.

A while back I left a comment out of frustration and I personally regret sending it. Top Gun has been very good to me and my family. They have truly gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and they take care of all of our needs. I recommend Top Gun to all of my friends and we buy all our gun and ammunition needs right here. I have now bought 3 guns and had one shipped to their store, since I moved to TH in 2016. The staff is always amazing, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The indoor range is nice too, my wife was able to test fire 5 rounds for 5 bucks, to make sure she was making the right decision for her new pistol!

Friendly helpful staff . Good deals on lightly used guns and new guns . Picked up a blemish Colt 1911 at a great price still can not find a single blenish anywhere on the gun it runs like a Colt 1911 should with zero hiccups in 45acp. They have a supurb indoor range far better than any I've visited in the region w 50 yard rifle range and several 25yrd. pistol bays and lanes.

I have been in several times to buy 9mm bullets and I am always told to come back that you are out. So Me and my wife usually buy about $60 to $100 worth of self defense ammo. No problem, we’ll today I just left the store after being told that you have them but I can’t buy them because it’s for someone who purchases a gun. Okay I get that, at the same time I am a customer who buys ammo, was actually in there to buy a shot gun today, was going to send my wife and two daughters to your class. Easily over a thousand dollars of business now gone over a box of bullets. Felt very disrespected...
