THIS CLASS IS MARCH 21ST, 2020 AT 11AM

This course is designed to give you the basic skills to survive a home invasion. The instructor for this course is a former Instructor for the Illinois Dept. of Corrections Statewide Escape Response Team.

Topics covered in this course include (but are not limited to):

• Lights (weapon mounted vs handheld)
• Shooting from sitting or lying positions
• Room searching techniques
• Cover vs Concealment
• Shooting in low-light situations
• Night sights (use of lasers will be discussed)
• Relaying information to the 911 operator
• Weapons placement in the home

Items need for this course include:

• Handgun
• 150 rounds of ammo
• Light (weapons mounted or handheld)
• Eye and Ear Protection
• Open Mindedness
